I worked for three years as a personal chef for multiple families, so seeking out a service that followed my high nutritional and cooking standards was a challenge. This lead me to Lea Roberts, a former CrossFit enthusiast with a penchant for cooking amazing, grass-fed, organic, gluten free, dairy free, healthy fat meals and delivering them to athletes. The Meal Plan Service

The meal service allows you to choose from:

  • Paleo, Mixitarian or Vegetarian
  • Lunches, dinners or both
  • Weekly or one time meals, no contract
  • 2, 3 or 5 days worth of meals
  • Delivery to your home or office, or to a designed pick up location

Available in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and Washington DC
