You don’t need to frost your tips, move to Hollywood and have custom juices strained through unicorn horns to to do a quality detox or cleanse. Your body naturally wants to detox, and with the right foods, herbs and mushrooms, it does a pretty good job. Depriving it doesn’t make it work better; supplying it with what it needs to do its job does. It’s like taking away a carpenter’s tools and telling him to build a house.
