Correct
Forms
It uses the correct form of methylfolate and methylcobalamin. It is not clear if beta-carotene is synthetic. The B6 as pyridoxine hydrochloride would be better as P-5-P. Choline bitartrate is an inferior form of choline and should be phosphatidylcholine
Dosage
Information
B1, B2, B12 and biotin are dosed too high. The blends are very small and likely have an insignificant contribution.

Highlights
- Uses the correct forms of methylfolate and methylcobalamin
- Minerals are dosed appropriately
Formulation Improvements and Additional Support
- B1, B2, B12 and biotin are dosed too high
- The B6 as pyridoxine hydrochloride would be better as P-5-P
- I would argue the calcium and magnesium ratio should be closer to 1:1, not 2:1
- While small, choline bitartrate is an inferior form of choline and should be phosphatidylcholine.
- For the greens blend, cereal grasses are a cheap and inferior form of greens
- If the vegan blend uses ground flaxseed, there’s a good chance of rancidity if using vegetable capsules
- The mushroom blend looks to be very small, and likely insignificant as a powder when hot water and alcohol extracts yield the best benefits
