Highlights
- The main highlights come from the blends, including NAC, alpha lipoic acid, curcuminoids, quercetin, CoQ10, and milk thistle
Formulation Improvement and/or Additional Nutrition Needed
- Uses a blend of choline bitartrate with phosphatidylcholine; would prefer to see all phosphatidylcholine because bitartrate is associated with elevated TMAO levels
- Uses a blend of magnesium oxide (only 4% absorbed) with chelate: would prefer to see all chelate or malate
- Vitamin B1, B12, biotin, and B6 are excessively high with health concerns at these levels, including depleted lithium (B12), nerve damage (B6), and DNA damage (biotin)
- Vitamin E is dosed high, which may be inflammatory for those with certain genetic variants
- Selenium dosed at 200mcg should only be used for certain health disorders, but can be problematic for those with selenium-rich diets
- Overall these dosages do not fall in line with the Paleolithic philosophy of the company
